Enrol into Hope Island Early Learning Sanctuary

Thank you for looking to book your child into Hope Island Early Learning Sanctuary! At our centre we manage enrolments online through the My Family Lounge (MFL) service. It’s easy to Enrol in our service, simply use the easy My Family Lounge, by following the 3 simple steps below.

Register for My Family Lounge in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1

For NEW families to this service who have not used My Family Lounge before, click on the REGISTER button. You will be taken through to a registration process to create your My Family Lounge account.For NEW families to this service who have used My Family Lounge before, skip to step 2!

Step 2

Log into your MFL account and tell us about you, your child and what bookings you are after so we can help you out.

Step 3

If you have requested permanent bookings, we will come back to you within 48hours and advise if we have a spot available for your child. If we have a spot, we will email you an offer and ask you to accept the offer and complete and submit the Enrolment form in the MFL portal.

Enrol is our powerful CRM (customer relationship management) tool that works in conjunction with CCMS (childcare management system) My Family Lounge to pre-register and add your child to our service waiting list.
